This terms and conditions ("T&C" or "Terms") govern the terms under which you may access and use the Coreon Bizloadāloading system that aims to provide buy loads to local & clients abroad, international roaming services (as applicable) and other services and products of Coreon Mobile Solutions Inc, associated with it (together the "Service" or "Services"). By accessing, registering or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this T&C.

Under these T&C, the terms "Coreon Mobile", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Coreon Mobile Solutions Inc. together with its employees, directors, affiliates, successors and assigns. Coreon Mobile Solutions Inc is a corporation that provides international roaming services, online support for clients abroad, communication services such as mobile sales, call and SMS, internet access and mobile system, solutions and applications obtaining all Telco licensed from National Telecommunications Committee (NTC).

The terms "you" and "your" refer to users of the Service, as Account Holders, Senders, Account User of the Service.

These T&C shall be effective, valid and binding from the time that you agree to it or the time you use any of the Services, and will be in full force and effect up to the time that it is terminated by you or us, save for some provisions which shall remain effective after termination, as stated in this T&C, under any law, rule or regulation.

- Account Holder - refers to an individual who uses the Service and whose name appears on the online form, or signed enrollment form or application form, as may be applicable. Refers also to the Principal Account Holder or Dealer / Merchant who is accredited by Coreon Mobile to use the service.
- Load Replenishment - refers to adding/ funding loads into Account Holder of Coreon Bizload Load wallet, via Coreon-accredited channels or loading centers.
- Card - refers to the Visa or Mastercard, savings or credit card of customer used for the payment of goods and services.
- Account User / Client - refers to the individuals availing the services of a business establishment.
- In-Store Payments - refers to face-to-face transactions by the Account Holder using the accredited channels and platforms such as convenience stores and kiosk where services are available.
- International Remittance - for International Account Holder or roaming partners. Payment transaction of clients abroad thru accredited channels and platforms.
- KYC - or Know-Your-Customer - refers to the process of identifying and verifying the true and full identity of customers. The term is also used to refer to the anti-money laundering regulations which governs these activities.
- Loading Center - interchangeable with a top-up or load-up center as it also refers to any accredited center authorized by Coreon Mobile thru its third-party partner/s like Pisopay and other payment gateway to perform the Service.
- Message - refers to communication message sent through any channels, such as Facebook Messenger or other Phone/ Web Messaging App.
- Online Payments - refers to the payment by an Account Holder to Coreon Mobile over the internet.
- Coreon Bizload - refers to Coreon Mobile Solutions Inc loading system that provides buy loads services which is available for local and clients abroad.
- Coreon Bizload Account - refers to an account (with specified username and password) that contains load wallet and balance in Philippine peso (Php) value.
- Coreon Bizload Web Portal - mobile or web application that serves as the interface between the account holder and his Coreon Bizload Account, which terms of use shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and User's Guide provided in portal.
- Peso Value - refers to the equivalent monetary value in Philippine Peso (Php) used as a basis for all account transactions in the Philippines
- Username and Password - refers to a unique user access and password for every account holder.
- POS or Point of Sale Terminal - refers to the device or terminal used by the Account Holder - merchant to accept and process payments.
- Recipients - refers to a person to whom money is paid or credited through Send Money, Bank transfers or other money sending service.
- Sender/s - refers to a person who sends money using Remittance, Send Money, Bank transfers or other money sending service.
- Coreon Mobile Dealers - also referred to as "Account Holders", refers to a business establishment and/or individuals that offers various Coreon Mobile Services such as, but not limited to, buy loads and internet products & services.
- Top-Up Center - refers to any accredited establishment authorized by Coreon Mobile to perform the top-up of load wallet, such as but not limited to convenience stores, malls and any other locations with kiosk where Coreon Bizload service is available.
- Transaction - refers to any and all acts, that the Account Holder and customer does to avail the Services. Financial transactions are any transactions that credit amounts to the Coreon Bizload account, such as but not limited to, Load Wallet Replenishment and load purchase whereas the non-financial transactions are any other transaction that do not credit or debit from the Account balance such as but not limited to balance inquiry, logins, viewing account history and card linking.
- Transaction Amount - refers to a sending load, load purchase and load replenishment performed by the Account Holder in order to affect a Transaction,
- Transaction Request - refers to the request of Account Holder to effect a Service in his/her account.
- User Content - any content generated or uploaded by a user of the Bizload Account holder, which includes personal information such as contact numbers, photos, clients' details etc. that can be stored electronically in their respective account.
- User's Guide - also the User Quick Guide, refers to the instructions provided on the functionalities of the Service issued to Account Holders and may be amended by Coreon Mobile from time to time. User's guide is available in Coreon Bizload portal.

3.1
Coreon Bizload users and Account Holder is responsible to prefund their load-wallet to prevent interruption or unsuccessful transactions as Coreon Mobile implements pay-first policy to avail all of its products and services.

Coreon Mobile reserves the right to modify, suspend, stop or terminate any of its Service immediately upon notice, at any time and from time to time, within applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines.

Coreon Mobile reserves the right to verify any activity that is done through the Services, especially if it involves compliance with NTC or with other laws, rules or regulations.

Delivery times as stated in our service levels or elsewhere on our website or collaterals are representative of a "normal" or average service and are not a guarantee of an individual Service or transaction time.

We will attempt to process Transactions promptly, but any Transaction may be delayed or cancelled for a number of reasons including but not limited to: our efforts to verify your identity; to validate your Transaction instructions; to contact you; due to variations in business hours and currency availability; or otherwise, to comply with applicable laws, rules or regulations.

We may, in our absolute discretion, refuse or cancel Transaction Requests if: (a) Coreon Mobile is unable to verify your identity; (b) Coreon Mobile is unable to verify the payment; (c) You do not comply with information requests; or (d) Coreon Mobile reasonably believes you are using the Service, or allowing it to be used, in breach of these T&C or any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

If we have executed the Transaction in accordance with the instructions you have provided to us, and that the instructions prove to have been incorrect, we are not liable for the incorrect execution of the Transaction. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, no adjustment will be made for any currency fluctuations which may have occurred between the time you pay us the Transaction Amount and the time of credit.

Coreon Mobile shall have the right to automatically suspend or block the transaction or any Account in the event that Coreon Mobile has reason to believe that the transaction or the account may be illegal or used for fraudulent or suspicious businesses or by an unauthorized person. Coreon Mobile may, but shall not have the obligation to, inform you prior to suspending or blocking the transaction or the Coreon Account pursuant to this clause. You acknowledge the authority of Coreon Mobile to suspend or block the transaction and the Account and accordingly, you shall hold the Coreon Mobile free and harmless against any and all consequences of such suspension or blocking, or any loss or damage which you may suffer as a result thereof.

You agree to abide by the obligations stated under this section. You understand that failure to abide by these obligations is subject to Coreon Mobile applying reasonable penalties to you and your Account, including but not limited to charges, suspension and/or termination of your Account, and proper reporting to the applicable authority of the laws, rules and regulations that governs the Coreon Mobile.

You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including those that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content, material or information available on or through the Services, as well as those that enforce limitations on the use of the Services.

You agree not to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services or any network connected to it, and not to breach the security or authentication measures on the same. You agree not to reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any user of or visitor to the Services, or any other customer of Coreon Mobile including any account maintained with the Services not owned by you, to its source, or exploit the Services or any information made available or offered by or through the Services, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification, other than your own information.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Services or its systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.

You agree not to incorporate any word in your name, message identification, or custom user title that is defamatory, obscene or profane, or which violates any trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party, including that of Coreon Mobile. You likewise agree not to use any trademark, trade name, service mark, or logo in a way that is likely or intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user of such marks, names or logo.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services.

You undertake to provide us with: (a) true, accurate, current and complete evidence of your identity, and promptly update your personal information if and when it changes; (b) provide us with any identity documentations as may be requested by us; (c) provide us with details of one or more Payment Instruments; (d) provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information as we indicate on the website is required to receive the Service and any other information which may be required in relation to the Recipient; and (e) any other information that must be provided for the Service to be properly executed, as specified when you enter the details of the Service you are interested. You agree not to conceal your true name or use fictitious name, otherwise, Coreon Mobile may file a criminal case against you for violation of penal laws of the Philippines, including the Anti-Alias Law, among others.

Once you confirm to proceed with the Transaction, you agree that you may not cancel nor reverse such transaction. Coreon Mobile shall proceed with crediting the account of the Recipient and once the load amount is already in the account of the Recipient, Coreon Mobile can no longer reverse nor deduct such account.

You agree to and hereby undertake the sole responsibility and hold Coreon Mobile free of liability to you or to any third party, for any User Content that you create, upload, transmit, or display while using the Services. You agree and hereby undertake sole responsibility for the consequences of your actions and interactions using the Services, and hereby stipulate admission of liability to Coreon Mobile for whatever loss or damage Coreon Mobile may suffer as a consequence of your use or misuse of the Services.
You agree not to share, create, upload, transmit or display User Content using the Services any material, information, or User Content which is or may be covered by copyright, patent, trade secret, trademark, trade name, service mark or any property rights, including privacy and/or publicity rights, unless you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize Coreon Mobile to use any and/or all User Content that you create, upload, transmit, or display using the Services.
You agree to store your password on the device and our servers in an encrypted form. This form of encryption disguises your password on the server, but still allows us to authenticate you when you sign into the Services.
You agree that by supplying its personal information for the purpose of availing yourself of the Service, you expressly consent to the processing of its supplied personal information for the purpose of creating and maintaining your account. Such consent includes authorization for Coreon Mobile to disclose, exchange, and release the said information to its associates, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, lawyers and other consultants, pre-paid/debit/credit bureaus or any such persons as Coreon Mobile deems necessary, or as required by laws, rules or regulations.

You understand, acknowledge and agree that Coreon Mobile Solutions Inc owns and retains all proprietary rights to the Services. You understand, acknowledge and agree that all content, material and information, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such content, material or information contained in or available through and from the Services is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Coreon Mobile, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Coreon Mobile, and that you shall not disclose such information without Coreon Mobile's prior written consent.
You understand, acknowledge and agree that the Services are provided to you AS IS for your personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Services and no content, material or information therefrom may be copied, reproduced, adapted, modified, translated, encoded, republished, uploaded, posted, published, publicly performed, publicly displayed, distributed, or transmitted over public networks and in various media, to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Coreon Mobile's prior written consent.

All trademarks, trade names, service marks, service names are the property of their respective holders

You understand and agree that Coreon Mobile reserves the right, at its sole discretion but without obligation, to collect, screen, review, flag, filter, modify, block, refuse or remove any and/or all information provided by any user, explicitly or implicitly to and through the Services, including but not limited to hardware information, IP address, browser-type related information, cookies and the like. You hereby irrevocably agree, affirm and warrant to hold Coreon Mobile free from any liability, both under equity and the law, arising or that may arise out of any such acts of any and/or all information provided by any user to and through the Services.
You understand and agree that Coreon Mobile reserves the right, at its sole discretion but without obligation, to enhance, improve, develop and introduce new features and functionalities to the Services at any time and without prior notice. You hereby understand, agree, and affirm that any such enhancement, improvement, development, new feature and/or new functionality to the Services shall form part of the Services as defined herein and thus shall likewise be covered by these Terms and its subsequent revisions or amendments, as applicable.
You understand and agree that Coreon Mobile reserves the right, at its sole discretion but without obligation, to send you or cause to send you service updates and/or messages, including SMS, notifications, email and/or any data message transmission, informing you of enhancements, improvements, developments, features, functionalities, products, promotions, offers, advertisement and/or any other information relative to the Services and Coreon Mobile. Coreon Mobile makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, for such service updates and/or messages, but you hereby agree to receive such service updates and/or messages and hold Coreon Mobile free from any liability and/or claims for indemnification or damages that may arise there from.
You understand and agree that Coreon Mobile reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to set limitations to and charge fees and applicable taxes for the use of the Services, at any time and upon prior notice. You further understand and agree that Coreon Mobile reserves the right, at its sole discretion and under no obligation, upon notice, to change the applicable fees, taxes and charges levied for the use of the Services, at any time and with prior written notice to you thirty (30) days prior to effective date of change in fees / charges /penalties.
You understand and agree that Coreon Mobile reserves the right to withhold or set-off transactions or benefits if we suspects or proves that your Account is compromised or deemed fraudulent. You hereby understand, agree, and affirm that it shall be your sole responsibility to be aware of any change, modification or amendment, which shall take effect immediately upon publication the same way as this original Terms has been published, or upon its availability through the Services and which shall bind you as soon as you use or access the Services regardless of whether or not you are already aware of such change, modification or amendment.
You understand and agree that Coreon Mobile reserves the right, at its sole discretion but without obligation, to enforce the provisions of these Terms, including but not limited to performing investigation and legal actions with law enforcement agencies regarding the Account Holder. Non-enforcement of any of the rights of Coreon Mobile under these Terms, under the law or under principles of equity shall not be construed as a waiver thereof. Likewise, no subsequent course of action by Coreon Mobile, by you, and/or by any third party, individually or collectively, shall not operate and shall not be construed to operate as abandonment, amendment, or modification of these Terms. You likewise hereby declare, affirm and undertake the sole obligation to indemnify Coreon Mobile or any third party for any damage Coreon Mobile or said third party may sustain as a result of your use of the Services.
You further understand, agree and hold Coreon Mobile free from any liability arising therefrom, that not all features, products, or services discussed, referenced, provided or offered through or in the Services are available to all persons or in all geographic locations, or are appropriate or available for use outside the Republic of the Philippines. Any part or the whole of the Services or these Terms are void where prohibited. You hereby understand, agree, and undertake sole responsibility for your continued access to or use of the Services, as well as the results or consequences of such access and use, including the responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws and the sole liability for non-compliance or breach thereof.

The Services contain content provided by third party services and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for: the availability or accuracy, appropriateness, completeness or non-infringement of such Third-Party Services; or the content, products, or services available on or through such Third-Party Services. The availability of such Third-Party services does not imply any endorsement by us of such Third-Party services or the content, products, or services available therefrom.
You may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the application and the services or in any Third-Party Services.
Coreon Mobile makes no representation or warranties whatsoever about any service, content and/or any other resources provided by the Third Party.

5.1
Wallet Replenishment shall refer to the ability of an account holder to fund loads in his/her Bizload Account through accredited channels, where Channels refer to entities where your Account can be loaded.

These Channels are listed in the Coreon Bizload Website. Instructions on how to replenish wallet through each Channel are stated when you click on each channel's mark (e.g., Logo, Name). Coreon Mobile has the right to add or remove channels in this feature at any time and without prior notice tothe account holder.

This feature is provided on an "as is, where is" basis and Coreon Mobile makes no representations nor warranties on the safety, accuracy, or harmful components of this feature when used with a Channel's application or system.

Coreon Mobile shall accept all the information entered by the account holder as true and correct once a transaction is accepted by the channel and Coreon Mobile or vice versa and shall be conclusive against the account holder.

Coreon Mobile shall have the right to establish security features on the use of Load replenishment, such as, but not limited to verification of number and its network, requiring of proof of payment,etc. However, account holder shall be responsible for the security of its load wallet/ load transaction and shall hold Coreon Mobile free from any liabilities from any theft or mistake in the transfer of loads.

An account is considered Inactive when it meets any of the following conditions:
Account does not have any Account Holder-initiated load transaction for a period of one (1) year from date of last transaction.
Account is not renewed or terminated for any reason and the Account Holder does not claim the money in the Account, for the same period of time.
Coreon Mobile reserves the right to charge a maintenance service fee for such Inactive accounts when Account Holder initiates a financial transaction using the Inactive Account.
If Account remains Inactive for five (5) years from last Account Holder-initiated load transaction, Coreon Mobile shall deem Account as Dormant, and reserves the right to limit the Account's functionalities and charge a dormancy fee thereafter, in accordance with the Table of Fees and Charges. The Account Holder may claim the Dormant Account accordingly by undergoing and passing KYC conducted by Coreon Mobile.
In case of dormancy, the Account may be zeroed out as a result of fees charged. In this case, Coreon Mobile shall have the discretion to close or purge the account in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

This section applies to an Account Holder who signs up for "SMS" (Short Message Service), including Text Alerts and/or Phone Messaging App: 12.1 An Account Holder agrees and authorizes Coreon Mobile to send promotional advertisements of its and partners' products and services through mail, short messaging service, multimedia messaging services, electronic mail and other forms of telecommunication.
We may send notifications in relation to Transactions by SMS. We will provide you with information after receipt of a Transaction Request enabling you to identify the Transaction, along with details of the amount of the Transaction in the currency used in the Transaction Request.
The details in the Messenger notification/SMS/Text confirmation message after every transaction and/or the entries in the Statement of Transactions, for Bizload Account, are presumed true and correct unless you notify the our hotline in writing of any dispute thereon within fifteen (15) days from the date of transaction. If no dispute is reported within the said period, all transactions and the entries are deemed true and correct. Disputed transactions shall only be credited back once the claim/dispute has been properly processed, investigated, and proven to be in favor of the Account Holder.
An Account Holder may request to terminate the use of SMS Alerts by giving written notice by e-mail to cs@corea.ph
Coreon Mobile shall in no way be liable to Account Holder for any action/s it takes in reliance on SMS Alerts purporting to be from Coreon Mobile, but does not proceed from Coreon Mobile official SMS Alert number.

Purchase of loads from Coreon Mobile Coreon Bizload and its accredited Dealer / Merchants and dealers shall be available.
If Account Holder transacts through Web Portal, or Platform, or accessed through an accredited Third-Party platform or channel, once transaction is acknowledged by Coreon Mobile, this shall be sufficient evidence that the payment made has been authorized, validated, and cannot be disputed by the Account Holder. Once the transaction has been authorized and consummated, Coreon Mobile shall not be held liable for any undelivered goods and non-performance of services, defects, damages, and after-sales services of such goods and/or services, any error in the amount keyed-in or entered, and/or any other dispute between Coreon Mobile's accredited load service provider and the Account Holder arising from such payment. Coreon Mobile shall reasonably address and/or assist the Customer on concerns or disputes on involved Transactions, within its capabilities, terms of use, and applicable policies, laws and regulations, and may impose fees when applicable.
The Coreon Mobile reference number in the SMS confirmation shall be the Account Holder's proof of payment.

If Account Holder is now or at any time subsequent to the opening of a Account, a nonresident of the Philippines or an entity that is not doing business in the Philippines, the Account Holder affirms and acknowledges that his/her Account can only be funded by: (a) Philippine currency proceeds of foreign currency inwardly remitted to the Philippines; and/or (b) by foreign currency sold for Philippine currency and/or proceeds from the conversion of account holder's real or personal property located in the Philippines. Account Holder agrees that each time he will make or cause to be made a deposit, transfer or remittance of funds into his/her account, he is deemed to make the above representations and may be required by us to present any of the following:
Certificate of Inward Remittance, telegraphic transfer advice or other proof acceptable to Coreon Mobile that the funds deposited, transferred or remitted were sourced from inward remittance of foreign currency;
Proof of conversion of foreign currency to Philippine currency; and/or
Deed of conveyance or similar instrument, duly executed, evidencing the conversion of real or personal property, and reflecting the amount of the consideration for the conversion.
Account Holder affirms and acknowledges that Coreon Mobile may refuse to accept any deposit, transfer, or remittance of funds into our bank account without prior notice, as a result of your failure to present the above described documents or due to any fraudulent or suspicious activity Account Holder agrees that he shall not hold Coreon Mobile liable for any loss, damage, and/or expense which you may incur as a result of Coreon Mobile refusal to accept the funds for whatever reason.

Termination of Bizload Service. Should the Account Holder:
(a) fail to comply with the T&C provided herein or for any reason fail to renew the account;
(b) have his/her account be found to contain suspicious/fraudulent activity; or (c) however evidenced, dies or becomes insolvent, the right to use the account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. Coreon Mobile, however, shall provide information and/or instruction to the Account Holder regarding the suspension/ termination at the appropriate time.
Coreon Mobile at its exclusive option and without giving any reason and/or prior notice to the Account Holder may block, suspend, cancel and withdraw or terminate the Account issued at any due to non-payment, financial incapacity, change in personal and/or economic circumstance, change in residency status or country or territory of stay, failure to provide additional documents requested, misrepresentation and fraud.
In all instances, any aggregate and unpaid charges, fees and other expenses for which the Account Holder is liable shall immediately become due without need of demand and may be immediately debited without prior notice from any remaining funds, money, assets of the aforementioned Account Holder.
In the event of any suspension, termination or confiscation of the Service, the Account Holder agrees to hold Coreon Mobile free and harmless from any claim, damages, loss, expense, suit or liability whatsoever, arising from such suspension, termination or confiscation.

Coreon Mobile makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the performance or functionalities of the Service offered hereunder.
The Service is offered on an "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, other than warranties that are incapable of exclusion, waiver or limitation under the laws applicable to this T&C. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Coreon Mobile makes no warranty (1) as to the content, quality or accuracy of data or information received and transmitted using the Coreon Bizload service functionalities; (2) as to buy loads service or and other product of obtained thru Coreon Mobile service functionalities; (3) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
Coreon Mobile shall not be liable for any loss, costs, compensation, damage or liability to the Account Holder or third party arising directly or indirectly as a result of any or all of the following:
Network problem or quality of network service purchased through the Service. Adjustments or reversals caused by incorrect, missed or misdirected credit to the Coreon Mobile.
Account Holder is unable to perform or complete any transaction thru the use of phone, service online payments or other transaction platforms due to service/system/line unavailability.
Any delay, interruption or termination of the Service transaction whether caused by administrative error, technical, mechanical, electrical or electronic fault or difficulty or any other reason or circumstance beyond Coreon Mobile's control (including but not limited to acts of God, strike, labor disputes, fire, disturbance, action of government, atmospheric conditions, lightning, interference or damage by third parties or any change in legislation).
Theft or unauthorized use of the Service, and/or any loss, costs, damages or payable to any third party by the Account Holder, or any failure by the Account Holder to avail itself of the Service for any reason whatsoever.
Any misrepresentation or fraud by or misconduct of any third party, such as but not limited to owners, employees or agents of Top-Up Centers.
Possible data breach or exposure when using the Service, including but not limited to Account details, and personal information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In the event of any action that the Account Holder may file against the Coreon Mobile, the Account Holder agrees that the Coreon Mobile's liability shall not exceed One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) or the amount of damages actually suffered by the Account Holder, whichever is lower.

The Account Holder agrees and binds himself to the Privacy Policy and Data Privacy Statement of Coreon Mobile found in this site: www.coreonmobile.co.

This terms and condition shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
You understand and agree that these Terms including all disputes relative to your use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of laws provisions. In case of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services, you hereby agree, undertake and commit to resolve or attempt to resolve such dispute promptly and in good faith. In case of failure to resolve any such dispute, you agree to the jurisdiction by and venue in the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other courts, and waive as you hereby waive, any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Failure, omission, or delay on the part of Coreon Mobile to exercise its right or remedies under these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver. Any such waiver shall be valid only when reduced in writing and delivered to the Account Holder.

Should any term or condition in this Agreement be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

Coreon Mobile may at any time and for whatever reason it may deem proper, amend, revise or modify these Terms and Conditions immediately upon notice. Account Holder agrees that for purposes of this Terms and Conditions, publication of the revised Terms and Conditions in Coreon Mobile's website shall be considered as sufficient notice. It is the Account Holder's responsibility to regularly check any changes to these Terms and Conditions at www.coreonmobile.co. The Account Holder's continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Failure to notify Coreon Mobile of Account Holder's intention to terminate his/her account shall be construed as acceptance by the Account Holder of the amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

The Account Holder agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy governing the issuance and use of the Coreon Mobile buy loads and other services. Should the Account Holder disagree with the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, the Account Holder shall give written notice for account cancellation / termination.

All notice requirements shall be as stated in these terms and conditions. If Coreon Mobile is required to send notice to you, it shall do so through available channels including but not limited to, In-App notifications, SMS, email, or registered mail which shall be sent to your registered address. Posting in website portal shall also be sufficient notice, as may be required by this Agreement.

Any refund amounts will be credited back to the same Account used to fund a refunded Transaction and in the same currency.
In order to comply with our obligations under relevant laws, we reserve the right to require further information or evidence relating to the personal information of our customers and to the purpose of any Transaction.
You authorize Coreon Mobile and/or any of its Agents to disclose to third parties any and all information you have provided and consent to the use and processing of such information by Coreon Mobile and or any of its agents or third parties with the transaction or any investigation in relation thereto.
Coreon Mobile identifies the Account Holder through his/her submitted mobile number. In case this number is changed or has become inactive for more than one (1) year, or another person represents that the same is his/her mobile number, Coreon Mobile has the right to close the account, upon strict validation and in accordance with the existing rules on the use of a mobile number.
